We are honored that the Nolij Consulting QA and Testing team, one of the largest IT functions within Defense Healthcare Management Systems (DHMS), was recognized with excellent performance reviews in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) for three consecutive years by DHMS at the Defense Health Agency.

We are thrilled that our stellar performance on independent verification and validation efforts for the modernization of the military’s electronic health records met DHMS’s stringent standards for excellence and exceeded expectations. Receiving a perfect five rating for yet another year on a project with over $100M in revenue is a bonus to the continuous commendations and recognition Nolij receives from our clients during our regular progress reports: “The quality of the deliverables that the contractor has submitted have been outstanding. The contractor’s execution, analysis, and reports on the work outlined in the PWS have been of the highest quality and represent their dedication to the work that they perform.”
