The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 Small Business (CIO-SP3 SB) government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) is a ten-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract managed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Information Technology Acquisitions and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The CIO-SP3 SB vehicle is not limited to purely health IT initiatives; rather, any federal agency can access the vehicle to obtain services that run the gamut of scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management IT services. Additionally, CIO-SP3 SB procures general IT services such as software development, systems integration, and information assurance to support agency missions, whether they are related to health IT or otherwise.

The Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour and others as appropriate. Nolij operates under the Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) business status and performs work in three functional areas: Computer/Information System Development (CSD), Computer System Support (CSS), and Documentation and Training (D&T).

Cyber Nolij, a joint venture between Nolij Consulting and Advanced, Innovative IT Solutions has been awarded one of the prime contracts under the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III GWAC. Scope of work to be performed includes data management, information and communications technology, IT operations and maintenance, IT security, IT workforce augmentation, software development, and systems design. Cyber Nolij was also awarded scope Sub-Area 1: Emerging Technology-Focused IT Services, which provides emerging technology innovation to accelerate transformation and advance mission outcomes.
