Tim Rehm is Vice President, Corporate Development with demonstrated history of working across different verticals including federal, state and local governments, utilities/energy, financial services, nonprofit, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, telecommunications, and insurance. He is a skilled leader with expertise in staff development, program management, enterprise risk management, IT strategy, professional Services, internal controls, and project portfolio management. Tim holds a BS in Business Management from the City University of New York and is a certified Project Management Professional. Prior to joining Nolij, Tim worked in start-ups, 8(a) and small businesses, and Deloitte.
Tim grew up in Michigan and Ohio and has since lived in different parts of the United States including both the east and west coasts, settling in the Washington DC area since 2002. When he is not working, he enjoys time with his wife, two kids, a dog, and a bunch of guitars.

Omar Olumee is the Vice President of Program Management. He is an experienced technology leader with over 20 years of hands-on experience in program management, system integration, digital transformation, strategy, testing, and AI/Machine learning in mission-critical systems. Omar has honed his technical expertise working at Apple, EDS, and Deloitte Consulting prior to joining Nolij. He has a bachelor’s from George Mason University and a master’s in information technology from Virginia Polytechnical Institute.
Omar has lived in Northern VA since 1980. When Omar is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Dominic is Vice President of Proposal Management Federal & Commercial. He joined Nolij in 2018 to support proposals as a technical writer, organize corporate documentation, the NITAAC CIO-SP3 Small Business contract and serve as a business analyst and program manager. Previous to Nolij, Dominic worked at Elucid Solutions Corporation where he supported multiple agencies with technical analysis, acquisition projects and web development. Previously, Dominic worked in multimedia marketing production, supported sustainability startup operations, and provided legal review and resolution in the title industry.

Erika Stegman is Vice President of Business Operations. Erika is a highly regarded leader who works alongside management to ensure company’s everyday activities run smoothly. Providing leadership, management and the vision necessary to ensure that Nolij has the proper operational controls, contract management, and human resources in place to effectively grow the organization, ensure operating efficiency, and maintain the highest level of client satisfaction. Before joining Nolij, Erika worked for over 13 years in the commercial airline industry where she served in a variety of roles, including customer care, management, and leadership training. Erika received her Bachelor of Art in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Saishree Shetty is Vice President of Business Development for the Federal Sector. In her role, she oversees all business development efforts to expand Nolij’s footprint and capabilities. Her focus is on building strategic partnerships, capturing efforts, and building client relationships. Before Nolij, Saishree was the global head of planning and programs at Hogan Lovells LLP and the solutions director at Arent Fox LLP. She has also served in leadership positions at Deloitte and GDIT supporting multi-million dollar federal programs in various disciplines. Saishree has over 15 years of experience supporting government agencies providing solutions for the US Navy, US Army, Defense Health Agency, Department of Education and Housing Urban Development. Saishree brings almost two decades of experience in strategy development, program management, business intelligence, technology modernization and legal technology. Saishree received her bachelor’s in computer science and engineering and a master’s in information systems. Additionally, she has completed an executive leadership program at Yale University.
While Saishree is not at work she spends a lot of time outdoors hiking, gardening and rock climbing. At home, she loves to cook and teach math to middle-schoolers.

Vilail Shajikumar is a design engineer, solutions architect and data scientist with extensive experience in the technology industry. Adept at conceptualization, system architecture, hardware integration, data modeling, big data analysis, distributed architecture, microservices and implementations. He has extensive experience with embedded systems, automated data gathering, sensory feedback and machine learning. He has a Masters in Control Systems Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India.
Shaji lives in Northern Atlanta suburb of Alpheretta. When he is not working, he loves boating and fishing.

Ashley Mehta is the Chairwoman, CEO, and President of Nolij Consulting, a Woman-Owned Small Business located in Northern Virginia. Nolij is a solutions-focused Healthcare IT services company that specializes in digital healthcare modernization for the military, public, and commercial sectors. Ashley founded Nolij Consulting in 2013 and, for over 8 years, has grown to a leading technology company. She is leading the effort to strategically expand Nolij’s service offerings to drive digital transformation in Healthcare IT. Before establishing Nolij, Ashley worked for Deloitte from 2009 to 2013 in a Chief of Staff role where she learned the federal healthcare consulting business. Ashley developed her project management, analysis, and consulting expertise while working at BearingPoint before it was acquired by Deloitte.
In addition to being an entrepreneur, Ashley writes about leadership, women empowerment, and technology trends. Ashley finds it rewarding to give back to her community and veterans. She donates to Women Veterans Interactive, Operation Renewed Hope Foundation, and Inova Hospital.
Ashley was born and raised in Ohio. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two beautiful children.
